Awesome refrigerator with lots of space

Buyer Beware!
I originally reviewed this refrigerator a year ago on 9/29/18, when it was in our house for 24 hrs. This was not the refrigerator I ordered from a local dealer and my husband didn’t want to return it because it’s “just a refrigerator”. I wanted the water and ice dispenser next to each other, not in front of each other.A year later, I can honestly say this is the worst appliance I have ever owned!...

Great Features in new Side by Side.

The way the shelves are laid out is terrific and better than the earlier model. the only reason I gave it a four is because of the ice maker. thedoor to open and get ice cubes inside sticks a little bit. Other than that, it has a great frozen pizza space and a sliding shelf for taller bottles. It's great!!

Horrible experience with this model
Trouble since day 1. Do not recommend this model. Came included with new build that the builder picked out. Had to go purchase new fridge after one year.

Excellent product!

Eye sore.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Got this little more then 2 weeks ago. Talked with the store because the handles on the doors are not level with each other. It doesn't effect the refrigerator from working property, but it is an eye store. Store said nothing can be done about it.

DO NOT BUY
After this experience, I will never buy a Whirlpool again. After 2 years of ownership, the wiring harness underneath the freezer door severed just buy opening the feezer over 2 years. Now, 4 years after that repair, it's happening again. Obviously this is an engineering design, and here I am having to spend more money on a faulty unit.

Not Thrilled About It…
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this appliance as an incentive when I purchased my new home. My ONLY issue with it is the water/ice dispenser. It’s designed makes the functionality of it difficult, at least for me. The size of the dispenser is so compact/small that a regular cup cannot fit. You have to “angle” the cup to catch the ice and there is this tiny push feature that requires a certain amount of precision to get water. Overall, a bad design, in my opinion.

Not worth the money!!
